These website terms govern use of newzionmultiservices.com and describe general communication terms for Newzion Multiservices. Separate engagement agreements, service-specific disclosures, professional agreements, carrier terms, portal terms, or other documents may apply to particular services.
1. General Website Use
The website provides general information about Newzion Multiservices and access to contact or secure-portal resources. Website content may change without notice and is not a guarantee that any particular service is available or appropriate for a particular person.
2. Service Scope and Professional Limitations
Newzion offers or coordinates multiple types of professional and administrative services. Each service is subject to its own scope, eligibility, credentials, registration, licensing, jurisdiction, and engagement terms.
Insurance services are subject to applicable licensing requirements and carrier terms. Tax services are subject to applicable tax-preparer, filing, and authorization requirements.
3. Secure Portal
Access to the Newzion secure portal is limited to authorized users. Users are responsible for safeguarding their sign-in methods and must not attempt to access another person’s account, matter, or documents.
4. Service & Transactional SMS
Recipients who opt in may receive service-related transactional text messages from Newzion. These may include appointment reminders, document-request reminders, secure-portal alerts, service or matter updates, payment reminders, and professional assignment notifications.
5. Marketing & Promotional SMS
Marketing and promotional SMS is separate and optional. A person who separately opts in may receive information about Newzion services, announcements, special offers, or promotions. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
6. SMS Program Terms
- Program name: Newzion Multiservices SMS communications.
- Message frequency: Varies based on service activity and selected preferences.
- Charges: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.
- Help: Reply HELP or email mpaez@newzionservices.com.
- Consent: Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Newzion does not intend to include sensitive documents or detailed confidential client information in SMS messages. Recipients may instead be directed to a secure portal.
7. SMS Consent
Newzion uses separate consent choices for service/transactional texts and marketing/promotional texts. Consent is obtained through an authorized Newzion intake, web, or secure-portal workflow. SMS consent information is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Email and Electronic Communications
By providing an email address or using the portal, you may receive service-related electronic communications where permitted. Sensitive documents should be exchanged through approved secure methods when available.
9. No Guarantee of Results
Newzion does not guarantee a specific outcome from any tax, insurance, court, immigration, government, financial, filing, or other process. Decisions made by courts, agencies, carriers, lenders, taxing authorities, or other third parties are outside Newzion’s control.
10. Intellectual Property
Website branding, original text, graphics, and other site content are owned by or licensed to Newzion Multiservices unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied or used in a misleading manner without authorization.
11. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website after an update is subject to the version then posted, except where a separate agreement controls.
